FAQ

What if some of my samples do not pass the required quality control steps during analysis?

We will reach out to you in case we are concerned about the quality of data from any of your samples. We will discuss this with you, and together we can try to understand the reasons for this, and/or explore if there is a work-around, or if these samples are a special case (for instance, sequence data from fixed samples).
