miRNA profiling and further analysis such as target prediction or differential expression of miRNAs can be performed after small RNA sequencing. If the miRNA profile of your model system is available, the analysis will be performed using this available information. If such information is not available, profiling of miRNAs in your model system can be performed using specific algorithms.
